We're looking for caring, enthusiastic people who are passionate about preparing and serving unique tasting and beautifully presented food to join our team.
Life at Pho Cow Cali is with strong service friendly attitude, professional grooming appearance, be outgoing, reliable and punctual, possess initiative, flexible hours and be a team player. Food and beverage service workers and kitchen staff derive their earnings from a combination of hourly wages and tips. Wage varies depending on experience.

Take beverage orders from Waiter/Waitress serving staff or directly from patrons;
Prepare alcoholic (beer or wine) beverages, mixed sweet, juices, soft drinks, water, coffee, tea and other ingredients to prepare shakes and other drinks;
Prompt and efficient preparation of beverage for Beverage Server to deliver;
Handle glassware carefully to prevent breakage;
Clean bar area and wash glassware and boiler maker machines;
Maintain inventory and control of Beverage stock and order supplies.

Ability to handle many demands at once,
Experience is an asset, but not mandatory,
Willing to work early morning or evening shifts consistently,
Follow Chef Cook in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food;
Be able to adapt to unusual requests and circumstances;
Be well-organized, able to oversee activities in several work areas at once;
Have clean work habits and knowledge of food safety procedures;
Prepare and deliver complete meals, or specialty foods, such as spring rolls, egg rolls, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meat, poultry and fish dishes, and create decorative food displays to patrons;
Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and to work in hot and humid environments;
Ability to remain calm under pressure;
Be self-disciplined and able to work quickly, carefully and safely.
